Hello there! This is my first post on my new real estate website, so I should probably introduce myself a bit.
My name is Randy Johnson (still not the Hall of Fame baseball player) and I am a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty here in the Southwest Ohio region. My home office is in Mason and I’m focused on the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus markets.
I’m currently part of the Cincinnati MLS, I’ve lived in the Dayton area most of my life, and we love to explore Columbus. Plus we live in a central area that’s almost equal distance to all three cities. Which led our neighbors to nickname this location the Golden Triangle!
My real estate career started just about two years ago, but I have a lot of work/life experiences that I bring to the table. My unique skillset is perfect for sellers and buyers through all sorts of situations, and I promise to do my best to remove as many stressful moments throughout the process. Buying or selling a home is a big important moment in every client’s life, and I’ll try to keep it calm all the way to the closing table.
With this website, you can search for homes and see what is active, pending, and sold. Searching the market will give you a good idea of what’s out there and what various types of properties are selling for. This will help you decide on a budget, see what you get for a specific price range, or a starting point for what your current home might sell for.
Also on this site, I will be showcasing everything fun, cool, and exciting that I find within this Golden Triangle region. There will be three main areas that I will organize my findings and experiences:
- Cincy Living (everything in and around Cincinnati)
- Gem City Living (same thing but around the Dayton area)
- Cbus Living (just like the other two but in Columbus)
I’ve documented just about everything over the past decade through photo, video, audio, and written notes. I have the domain names for all three of these categories, and as a web designer (I do way too many things LOL) I was going to make separate websites for all of them, but I’ve decided to point the domain names straight to these separate blog sections on this one website. As a huge fan of simplicity and minimalism, this will make things easier for everybody and cut down on clutter and confusion.
With all of that said, I look forward to sharing everything I have to say about real estate and the various places I visit within Ohio. I may even venture into podcasts and videos in this space. Regardless, I hope this content helps you see what Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus have to offer, and I am always here to answer your real estate questions.
